Was very happy with the fastest service possible after yet another burst pipe. Sam responded right away and scheduled the walkthrough and measurements within a few minutes! Guys came out and turned everything around very quickly. Sam was very responsive and his guys were professional about everything and even came back to do some touch ups after! Very happy overall!

It was fairly easy to work with these guys, though they were not given an easy task, as they had to replace a rotted load bearing porch pillar with a new one. The top was situated under overhead beams, making for some difficulty installing the protective flashing, but they got it done to my satisfaction, and went over small areas as requested to get it as detailed as possible. They really do aim to please and it shows.

Had the railings and siding redone on my balcony. I went with US Pacifica Builders because their pricing was way more reasonable than a lot of the other quotes I got. Alex managed the project and kept everything moving without any issues. The work came out clean, solid, and way better than what was there before. Establishing a rapport with service providers is not always at the top of the list when looking for help. Price is usually what drives the search. But for me and my husband, having a mutual understanding is very important. It gives a peak into their integrity, professionalism, communication style, and their level of knowledge regarding their craft. Sam and Leo (Lion) of US Pacifica Builders were the epitome of outstanding service providers and checked off every box. It was clear from the beginning and throughout the bathtub removal, install and finishing touches, that they accept no less than excellence from themselves and/or any subcontractors. Oscar Gonzalez was clearly one of the best, scratch that, the best subcontractor we’ve had the pleasure to work with. And they will not stop until they are convinced that you are happy with the results. I imagine our particular project may have seemed small compared to the scale of other projects they must do, but you won’t get that sense from them. Your gig is just as important as any other. If you want it done right, in the way you want it done, don’t waste time. Go straight to US Pacifica Builders (and ask for Sam and Leo).
