We recently had our bathrooms remodeled and after getting multiple quotes US Pacifica Builders offered best deal. Big box companies just want your money, and don't respond promptly, and don't care about the vision nor quality of work for the home owner. US Pacifica accommodated all our requests, but stepped in and shared their expertise, when necessary, which was great.

Ask for Sam. He was always available and responded to all our concerns during the remodel. He worked with our schedule, and our dogs. His team, especially Vago did a phenomenal job with the vision we had, and met our expectations. Prior to the remodel being finished we reviewed the work and addressed anything that needed to be finished.

I highly suggest to have all the materials to have any remodel done in a timely manner. There is always something unexpected, but having everything ready for the team made it go fast. Definitely a learning curve.

Was very happy with the fastest service possible after yet another burst pipe. Sam responded right away and scheduled the walkthrough and measurements within a few minutes! Guys came out and turned everything around very quickly. Sam was very responsive and his guys were professional about everything and even came back to do some touch ups after! Very happy overall!

Absolutely exceptional work on every level! I asked ChatGBT who the most efficient, honest, on time builder was in SD. It told me US Pacifica Builders. Holy moly was ChatGBT right! Sam responded to my request for information immediately. He walked into a disaster and just handled it like a dream. He took care of my home like it was his own. The communication was excellent. We are pleased with the craftsmanship and customer service they have provided us. Leo was our representative/project manager for our front and backyard remodel.

He kept us informed and ensured quality by stopping by everyday to check on the craft workers who by the way were very professional, knowledgeable and so nice.

I work in construction as my day job, so I was super impressed and highly recommend using them!

It was fairly easy to work with these guys, though they were not given an easy task, as they had to replace a rotted load bearing porch pillar with a new one. The top was situated under overhead beams, making for some difficulty installing the protective flashing, but they got it done to my satisfaction, and went over small areas as requested to get it as detailed as possible. They really do aim to please and it shows.

Had the railings and siding redone on my balcony. I went with US Pacifica Builders because their pricing was way more reasonable than a lot of the other quotes I got. Alex managed the project and kept everything moving without any issues. The work came out clean, solid, and way better than what was there before.
